  • Join our Battle Creek plant leadership team as our Senior Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager, where you'll own plant-wide Quality and Food Safety and play a key role in driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Lead all Quality Assurance & Food Safety programs, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards + Own HACCP and food safety systems, driving continuous improvement + Partner with Operations & Engineering to strengthen processes and food-safe design + Lead internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including corrective actions + Develop and coach a high-performing QFS team + Monitor performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements •What You Bring•+ Strong leadership experience in food manufacturing (quality or food safety) + Deep knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory requirements + Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into action •Qualifications•Education•+ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field •Experience•+ 10+ years in food manufacturing + 3+ years of people leadership •Preferred•+ HACCP certification, PCQI or SQF Practitioner eligibility + Experience with audits and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) •Overview•Join our Battle Creek plant leadership team as our Senior Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager, where you'll own plant-wide Quality and Food Safety and play a key role in driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
