Southeast Michigan Job Sites Salary Range:

$75,000•$85,000 (based on experience) Competitive pay and full benefits package including paid time off and paid holidays We are seeking a Site Safety Manager to oversee jobsite safety across multiple projects in Southeast Michigan. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong growth potential and the ability to make a direct impact on field safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee safety compliance across active construction and/or manufacturing job sites Develop and maintain pre-task plans and ensure consistent execution in the field Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety observations Partner with project leadership and field teams to enforce safety standards and best practices Serve as the lead safety resource for assigned projects Promote a proactive safety culture across all job sites

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of safety experience in construction job sites or manufacturing environments Experience writing and implementing pre-task plans

Preferred:

NFPA 70E

certification or training Preferred (not required): OSHA 510 and/or

OSHA 500

certification Prior experience serving as a lead safety professional on projects Strong communication and leadership skills in field environments Experience working on data center projects and/or GM-related work is a plus Proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Excel This is a great opportunity for a safety professional looking to take ownership of multiple job sites and work with a respected organization in Southeast Michigan.
