Are you passionate about helping people in their most critical moments? LifeWays is seeking a skilled Crisis Clinician to provide immediate, trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing emotional or mental health crises. Youll lead teams in the field, conduct risk assessments, create safety plans, and connect people to the right resourcesall while embodying LifeWays mission and values.
What Youll Do:
Respond to crisis calls and coordinate a rapid, effective response.

Lead Mobile Crisis Aides and Peer Support Specialists during interventions.

Conduct assessments, develop safety plans, and ensure smooth handoffs to services.

Promote safety, emotional stability, and coping skills for individuals and families.

Document interventions and follow-ups in the electronic medical record.
