OverviewAAI is seeking a motivated and efficient Foreman to join our team. This role executes and manages field technicians in the safe, compliant and efficient execution of environmental remediation and selective demolition projects. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and manages project schedules and productivity to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes in sensitive environments for customers in sectors such as healthcare, education and commercial facilities. The foreman plays a pivotal role in fostering a safety-first culture, mentoring employees and ensuring operational excellence Responsibilities Assigns tasks, monitors performance and enforces site discipline while keeping crews on task to meet daily goals Understands federal, state and local regulations related to handling and disposal of hazardous materials Maintains strict compliance with safety standards and environmental laws Leads complex tasks independently and adapts to field conditions to resolve technical challenges Improves task sequencing and crew efficiency to stay ahead of schedule Anticipates needs and coordinates proactively with project stakeholders Measures quantities against staffing and schedule requirements to ensure profitability Enforces PPE use and safe work practices Leads safety briefings, identifies hazards and models proactive safety leadership Drives zero-rework performance and champions continuous improvement efforts Ensures accurate, timely reporting and supports project documentation needs Manages teams of technicians to build cohesion, mentor staff and foster accountability Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in asbestos abatement, light demolition, or environmental remediation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
Pay:
$20.00 - $31.00 per hour
