Food Safety Quality Manager Location:

Sterling Heights, MI Salary Range:

$100-125k (+ 10% bonus potential) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety management. 5-7 years of experience leading Quality/Food Safety/Sanitation teams in a food production environment. Experience with food safety audits and inspections. Knowledge of

HACCP, GMP, GFSI

(SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, etc), PCQI, and Food Defense. HACCP certification strongly preferred. Ability to develop and implement food safety policies and procedures. Ability to respond to food safety incidents and implement corrective actions. Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety. Computer proficiency including MS Office products.
