This role focuses on jobsite safety, incident investigations, employee training, and maintaining

compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can work closely with field crews, supervisors, and leadership to maintain a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities:
Investigate jobsite incidents and determine root causes Conduct random jobsite safety inspections and correct hazards Maintain

safety compliance and documentation Lead safety training, new hire orientation, and weekly toolbox talks Track safety metrics, incidents, and training records Manage PPE inventory and safety equipment inspections Lead monthly safety committee meetings Thorough documentation Coordinate with insurance representatives and regulatory agencies when needed
Qualifications:
Experience in construction safety preferred Knowledge of
OSHA/MIOSHA
regulations Strong communication and organizational skills detail-oriented Ability to travel to local jobsites as needed OSHA certifications preferred (OSHA 30+)
