Job Description:
Provides system strategic, programmatic and team leadership in the areas of patient safety, quality and experience. Provides direct leadership for the strategists in the aforementioned teams and the safety, quality & experience team dedicated to Allina Health's Clinical Program Council structure and strategy. Principle Responsibilities Creates alignment among business unit teams in functional areas. Creates alignment in program and team structure among business units. Implements priorities and function(s) for the patient safety, quality & experience teams. Determines and implements the strategic vision for the department and function(s). Develops and is accountable for function(s) budget. Oversees system managers and strategists for functional areas, and supports onboarding education for teams systemwide. Implements and evaluates strategic plans for functional areas. Collaborates with senior leaders and market teams to implement and evaluate respective strategic plan. Advises on policies and procedures to support the system wide safety culture. Leads implementation and development of software systems that support policies, error reporting, action planning and risk. Leads and aligns safety & quality teams in functional areas. Implements programmatic planning and project coordination to align with strategic vision and objectives of the organization. Oversees the allocation of resources and staffing for system teams, action plans and issue resolution. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Care Administration, Engineering or other health care related field 5 to 7 years quality experience in a health care environment 5 to 7 years health care management experience in quality management and/or quality improvement 3 to 5 years successful record of effective safety & quality team leadership Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in in Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Care Administration, Engineering or other health care related field

Pay Range Pay Range:
$66.09 to $91.44 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
