We are looking for:
North American Carrier Certifications Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manage all active carrier certification programs across AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile (US), and Telus, Rogers, Bell (Canada), ensuring on-time completion Serve as Eagle's primary point of contact with carrier certification teams and labs; build and maintain trusted relationships with carrier ecosystem managers Coordinate pre-certification activities: lab selection, test plan development, sample preparation, and firmware readiness in collaboration with engineering and product teams Own the certification project tracker and communicate progress, risks, and timelines to product management and executive leadership Manage certification costs, budgets, and vendor relationships (third-party test labs, certification bodies) Oversee PTCRB, GCF, FCC/IC, and ISED submissions that feed into carrier certification eligibility Monitor carrier certification policy changes, new requirements, and network evolution (e.g., 5G Standalone, Network Slicing) and proactively update Eagle's certification strategy Support the sales team by clearly communicating certification status and timelines for customer RFQs and design-in decisions Develop and maintain certification documentation, including test reports and compliance records
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in carrier certification, regulatory compliance, or technical program management within the wireless, module, or device ecosystem. Direct experience managing AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile certification processes; Canadian carrier experience is a plus. Understanding of
PTCRB, GCF, FCC/IC
certification frameworks and their interplay with carrier certification. Strong project management skills; ability to run multiple certification programs in parallel. Excellent cross-functional communication skills with engineering, product, and sales stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cellular module certification specifically (as opposed to device/handset only) Familiarity with 5G NR certification requirements and how they differ from LTE Knowledge of ISED (Canada), FirstNet, and MVNO certification requirements Experience working with third-party test labs (Anritsu, Keysight, TÜV, UL, etc.) What do we have to offer you?
