Job Description
The Public Works Department, in the City of Saint Paul, is hiring a Safety Officer that will develop occupational and health programs, provide safety training, and investigate accidents and injuries and their causes. Performs professional work involved in occupational safety and health program development and implementation. You'll develop and coordinate an occupational safety education and training programs for employees! Additionally, you'll Investigate occupational accidents, injuries to reduce Woker Compensation claims while also collaborating with different department and Citywide in safety meetings.
