Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Overview WAGE:
$18.50 / hour (Age 18+) Ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality in our park!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food safety operations and ensure compliance with health regulations. Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas and equipment. Train and supervise staff on food safety practices and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of food items. Investigate and resolve any food safety issues or complaints. Maintain accurate records of food safety activities and inspections. Collaborate with management to develop and implement food safety policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food safety or quality assurance preferred Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus Excellent leadership and supervisory skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
