Your Role Provide field leadership for power and energy projects, coordinating work involving utilities, electrical systems, and safety-critical environments. What You'll Do Supervise on-site power and energy construction activities and daily sequencing Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and plan high-risk work Track progress and communicate constraints, risks, and resource needs Drive quality outcomes and inspection readiness through disciplined execution What You Bring Experience in power/energy, industrial, or utility construction environments Strong safety leadership and ability to coordinate multiple trades Clear communication and problem-solving in field conditions Experience 5-10+ years of field supervision; power/energy, industrial, or utility project experience preferred. Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing safety-critical work activities. Education & Certifications High School Diploma or GED required; Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience preferred. OSHA 30 required/preferred for supervisory roles; electrical safety/competent-person certifications as applicable; valid driver's license. Tools & Software Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/planning tools. Specialized Project Experience Power/energy or utility environments; heightened safety planning and coordination (lockout/tagout and electrical safety as applicable). Work Location, Environment & Travel Requirements Primarily on an active project site and/or jobsite trailer; may include outdoor environments and coordination around energized or safety-sensitive areas. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), required; work hours may vary by project and outages/shutdown windows. This role may require shifts or extended hours depending on project demands, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Travel may be required based on project assignment. Projects are primarily within the St. Louis region, with flexibility and readiness to support work outside the local market as Tarlton expands.
