In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of asbestos removal operations, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Your leadership will drive efficient project completion while maintaining a safe environment for team members and clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects within a dynamic environment, emphasizing quality, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities Supervise asbestos removal crews, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Actively perform Asbestos removal and related field work along crew members Develop detailed project plans, including scope of work, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project goals. Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, identify hazards, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance documentation. Train team members on asbestos handling procedures, safety measures, and proper use of protective equipment. Manage project documentation such as work logs, safety reports, and compliance records for audit purposes. Lead cleaning activities post-abatement to ensure the site is thoroughly cleaned according to industry standards. Experience Proven supervising experience in asbestos abatement or related environmental remediation projects. Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-stakes environments. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to asbestos handling and environmental safety protocols. Leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.
