Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex geotechnical and deep foundation projects. This individual will play a key leadership role, managing site crews, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day field operations for deep foundation projects, including piling, drilled shafts/caissons, ground improvement, underpinning, retaining structures, and other geotechnical systems.

Lead site crews, subcontractors, and equipment operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality compliance.

Interpret engineering drawings, geotechnical reports, and construction specifications.

Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and HSE teams to optimize sequencing and solve onsite challenges.

Manage documentation including daily reports, equipment logs, quality inspections, and safety protocols.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and internal project teams.

Ensure all work adheres to project plans, industry regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience10+ years of field experience in deep foundation construction (piling, drilled shafts, micropiles, anchors, ground improvement, etc.).Proven background supervising crews and managing large‑scale construction sites within geotechnical or heavy civil environments.

Strong understanding of geotechnical construction equipment, ground behavior, and quality control requirements.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.

Commitment to maintaining a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Valid certifications in construction safety (OSHA, CSCS, or equivalent) preferred.
