Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Conduct daily site walks to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and progress. Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning sessions. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards. Identify and proactively resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts. Maintain accurate daily reports, site logs, and project documentation. Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and third-party agencies. Review and manage punch list activities and project closeout requirements. Assist with project turnover, owner training, and warranty documentation. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Safety Responsibilities Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inspections. Ensure all subcontractors maintain compliance with project-specific safety plans. Investigate and document incidents, near misses, and corrective actions. Maintain a culture where safety remains the highest project priority.
