What You'll Do As our Safety Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping and driving a culture of safety across multiple industrial job sites.
You will:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve company safety programs and procedures. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations. Conduct regular jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Lead engaging safety orientations and ongoing training for field teams. Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazards; identify root causes and corrective actions. Maintain accurate safety documentation, reporting, and regulatory records. Partner with project managers and field supervisors to develop job hazard analyses and site‑specific safety plans. Serve as a trusted safety resource for internal teams, clients, and general contractors. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and client safety representatives as needed. Ideal candidates will have:
Essential Skills Experience in construction safety, with strong preference for industrial electrical or pharmaceutical project backgrounds . Solid working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and educate teams at all levels. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Willingness to travel regularly to active project sites. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 500 or equivalent certification. Professional safety credentials such as CHST, CSP, or similar. Hands‑on experience in electrical construction, industrial environments, or pharmaceutical facility work. Work Environment This role offers a mix of office-based planning and on-site field engagement. You'll spend significant time in active industrial environments—electrical installations, mechanical rooms, pharmaceutical facilities, and large-scale construction sites—where your expertise directly shapes the safety and success of each project.
