As Regional Safety Manager, you will serve as the safety leader and trusted advisor for operations teams throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia. Key Responsibilities:
Lead safety programs across multiple locations and field operations Conduct OSHA compliance audits, inspections, and site assessments Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Deliver safety training and coaching to managers and frontline employees Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and best practices Monitor safety performance metrics and identify trends Support workers' compensation, risk management, and loss prevention efforts Partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety culture Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations IDEAL BACKGROUND
We welcome candidates from: Construction Safety Heavy Civil Construction Landscape Construction Utilities Transportation Heavy Equipment Operations Manufacturing Industrial Safety Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of safety leadership experience in field operations, construction, landscaping, heavy equipment, industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance Experience conducting audits, investigations, and safety training Ability to build relationships and influence teams at all levels Valid Driver's License OSHA certifications preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred but not required WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT?
