Safety Professional

We are seeking experienced Site Safety Professionals to support a large-scale data center construction project. This position will work alongside project leadership and the general contractor's safety team to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and promote a strong safety culture across the jobsite. This role is ideal for safety professionals with previous data center experience who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily field activities to ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Conduct job hazard analyses and risk assessments Lead site safety orientations and ongoing training initiatives Perform routine safety inspections and audits Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting Participate in daily coordination meetings with project leadership and the GC safety team Monitor high-risk work activities including confined space, energized systems, crane operations, and elevated work Required Qualifications Previous experience supporting data centers, semiconductor plants, or large-scale construction projects Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards Experience conducting safety audits and field observations Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work weekends Preferred Experience BCSP certification (CSP, CHST, ASP) or occupational safety degree Data center safety experience Experience working with major general contractors Background supporting complex industrial scopes

Pay:

$30.00 - $60.00 per hour
