• Friday, Days Manage operations for Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Life safety program. Works with leaders and team members to support emergency responses at DHMC. Responsibilities
• Responsible for the adherence to AHA standards.
• Coordinate with the DH Life Support manager.
• Oversee the Code Net Rescue system and the fleet of defibrillators.
• Review performance data of all Life Safety response teams and report the status to the life safety committee and senior leadership.
• Coordinate and train life safety emergency response teams.
• Chair the Life Safety Committee.
• Collaboration with SICU UNM and Respiratory Care manager regarding personnel for Life Safety response teams.
• Growth, development, and strategic planning of the life safety programs.
• Manage the DH emergency management system software system.
• Responsible for the library of Life Safety policies and procedures. Qualifications

• Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of healthcare experience
• Previous experience working in life safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and act autonomously
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple requests at once

• Preferred:

• Master's degree preferred
• Previous experience working in data abstraction or quality improvement desired
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt
• Critical Care or Emergency Department experience Required Licensure/Certifications
• Licensed RN with NH Eligibility
• BLS upon hire
• ACLS within 180 days
• PALS within 180 days
