Our team partners with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors to create safer jobsites while maintaining productivity and professionalism. We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Site Safety Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a strong safety culture, communicates effectively with project teams, and excels at documentation, technology, and client relations. Position Summary The Site Safety Manager will serve as the on-site safety representative for construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations, client requirements, and company policies. The successful candidate must be confident interacting with project management, subcontractors, and workers while maintaining a professional presence on site. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality documentation are essential. Candidates must be comfortable utilizing technology for reporting, inspections, audits, and communication. Responsibilities Maintain a visible and proactive safety presence on construction sites. Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits. Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, client requirements, and project-specific safety plans. Review and evaluate Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans. Facilitate daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and safety meetings. Document observations, corrective actions, and project safety metrics. Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns and prepare detailed reports. Work closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to address safety issues. Maintain accurate digital records, inspection reports, photographs, and project documentation. Assist with safety training and onboarding of personnel. Communicate professionally with clients and represent Simple Safety Solutions in a positive manner. Support the development of a strong safety culture across all project teams. QualificationsRequired Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience. Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and reliability. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, mobile applications, and digital reporting platforms. Experience producing professional reports and documentation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred OSHA 500, CHST, CSP, ASP, or equivalent credentials. Experience in civil construction, utilities, data centers, industrial, pharmaceutical, or commercial construction projects. Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses.
