Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) About the Role Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager (EHS) to support a large-scale data center construction project in Sparks, Nevada. This position is ideal for a safety professional with a strong background in heavy industrial or mission-critical construction environments who can lead field safety efforts with confidence, accountability, and professionalism. Candidates with data center, semiconductor, power generation, oil & gas, manufacturing, or other complex industrial construction experience are strongly preferred. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role responsible for driving safety culture, enforcing compliance, and supporting project execution across all phases of construction including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes. Key Responsibilities Lead and enforce site-specific safety programs in accordance with OSHA regulations and project requirements Conduct daily site walks, audits, inspections, and hazard assessments Facilitate new hire orientations, toolbox talks, pre-task planning, and safety meetings Monitor subcontractor safety performance and ensure accountability across all trades Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions Maintain accurate EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records Serve as the primary field safety resource for project teams and client stakeholders Promote a proactive, solutions-driven safety culture throughout the project Qualifications 3+ years of construction safety experience on large-scale industrial or commercial projects Strong heavy industrial and/or data center construction experience required OSHA 30 Certification required Extensive knowledge of
OSHA 1926
