With a close-knit team of around 50 employees, they specialise in higher education, affordable housing, and commercial construction projects typically ranging from $5M-$20M. Job Description Lead and manage all site safety programmes, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple projects Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions for staff and subcontractors Investigate incidents, near-misses, and hazards, implementing corrective actions Maintain and update safety documentation, policies, and reporting systems Partner with project managers and site teams to proactively identify risks Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the company's safety culture Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
