- Director of Hotel Facilities
- and assists with the daily leadership of the Security Department, including team supervision, incident response, investigations, emergency preparedness, access control, and safety compliance.

- + Prior hotel security leadership experience required; luxury hotel experience preferred.
+ Strong judgment, communication, documentation, and de-escalation skills. + Ability to lead a team with fairness, consistency, and accountability. + Knowledge of incident response, investigations, emergency procedures, and safety standards. + NYS Security Guard License preferred or ability to obtain as required. + FDNY Fire and Life Safety Director certification preferred. + Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
