We are looking for a strong leader to help manage daily terminal operations while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Terminal & Safety Manager to oversee day-to-day terminal operations and lead our safety and compliance programs. This role is critical to maintaining DOT compliance, improving driver performance, and ensuring efficient fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily terminal operations and staff Ensure full compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations Manage driver safety programs , training, and performance monitoring Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations Maintain and organize driver qualification files and compliance records Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and ensure equipment safety Monitor HOS (Hours of Service) and ELD compliance Develop and implement safety policies and procedures Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to improve efficiency

Requirements:

Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management Strong knowledge of

DOT/FMCSA

regulations and compliance Experience with ELD systems and safety management programs Leadership and team management experience Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment CDL license is a plus, but not required
