Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Occupational Nurse-Office Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee clinical operations within our healthcare office. This role combines nursing expertise with administrative leadership, ensuring efficient patient care, compliance with healthcare standards, and effective team management. Nurse Supervisor/Coordinator would report to/work alongside Medical Director and Operations Manager. Office services include Drug and Alcohol testing, DOT & Employment Physicals, Vaccines, Blood Draws and traveling as needed to onsite jobs, selling/recruiting new business. Position is full-time, M-F (8-4:30, but hours may vary with onsites) not required to attend all onsites but must coordinate staffing for each. Onsites may include some evening hours. Duties Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical office Help with recruiting, hiring, training and supervising occupational health and other staff Manage work schedules and staff duties Help evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and feedback Ensure
DOT/OSHA
compliance Coordinate with manager/medical director/companies to provide services, staffing, yearly contracts, etc • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols; maintain accurate medical records and documentation Support staff development through supervision experience and ongoing education Demonstrated supervisory or nurse management experience leading healthcare teams effectively Duties include vital signs, injections, venipuncture, EKG/PFT, and FIT testing Requirements Valid nursing license (LPN or RN- Salary depends on license and experience) with current registration; experience in occupational health preferred but not required.
