Overview :
As the EHS Manager, the successful candidate will provide leadership to drive continuous improvement in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) performance reporting, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The EHS Manager is expected to focus on a data-driven, innovative, and continuous-improvement approach to drive strategy and project management. It will include providing technical EHS expertise to ensure a compliant, safe workplace for all employees, visitors, and contractors. Role Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy and regulatory compliance plan aligned with the IS Segment and Corporate business objectives. Lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function, providing technical expertise, setting clear objectives, and driving performance with a strong focus on leading EHS indicators. Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a proactive safety and environmental culture. Ensure EHS programs comply with applicable local legislation, TE Connectivity technical standards, and best practices. Drive EHS compliance through structured programs, training, and auditing. (Incl. Maintenance of site permits, licenses, and certificates as required) Provide oversight into facilities-related activities for safety, environmental compliance, and identification of sustainability improvement opportunities. Provide guidance for preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities to ensure alignment with EHS requirements. Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and prioritize actions to drive continuous improvement. Liaise with IS Segment and Corporate teams on key initiatives. Example. Audit Scheduling. Job Requirements Implementing action plans for the organization's EHS programs and taking a leadership role in delivering the organization's EHS goals and strategy. Driving process improvements that result in EHS performance improvements; developing and sharing best practices. Ensuring TE safety initiatives required by the TEOA Safety Tool are deployed for the organization, including behavior based safety (BBS), ergonomics programs, risk assessment, EHS training, machine guarding and employee engagement; ensuring that program implementation is deployed in a methodical way, involving input from various stake holders, agreed upon time line for training and acquisition of the needed resources. Planning and delivering EHS training to create the competencies needed to deliver the EHS program; advising management on EHS matters and implementation of regulations and TE policies, programs and specifications. What your background should look like Key Requirements You hold a minimum Bachelor´s in Safety or Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field. Excellent leadership, influencing skills, verbal/written communication skills. Effective project management skills with a result-oriented approach. You are a well-organized, analytical self-starter with a strong attention to detail. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of EHS experience. Must have experience working in manufacturing in this on-site role. Experience in the technology manufacturing industry is an advantage

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $107,700 - $161,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
