Job Description

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
Supervisor Salary:
$70,000-$80,000 Position Summary The EHS Supervisor is responsible for leading environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe workplace. This role oversees the site's wastewater treatment system, environmental reporting, employee safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts while supporting operational and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities Manage environmental compliance programs, including wastewater treatment operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. Conduct EHS training, audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Lead incident investigations and corrective action programs. Prepare and submit required environmental reports (Tier II, Form R, SPCC, Title V, etc.). Support emergency response planning and industrial hygiene programs. Serve as the site's Laser Safety Officer (LSO). Monitor EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise wastewater treatment technician(s), including performance management and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with RCRA hazardous waste management. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety programs. Preferred Qualifications Industrial wastewater treatment experience. Title V air permitting experience. DOT Hazardous Materials Certification. #IND2
