Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Field Safety Manager and become a vital leader in promoting a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment across construction sites. In this energetic role, you will oversee safety protocols, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and foster a culture of proactive risk management. Your expertise will help prevent incidents, protect personnel, and support successful project execution from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead safety initiatives in a fast-paced construction setting while making a meaningful impact on team well-being and project success. Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive safety programs tailored to construction site operations. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and site assessments to identify hazards and enforce compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, Workers' Compensation regulations, and other relevant safety laws. Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to integrate safety practices into daily operations and project planning. Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize occupational health risks across multiple sites. Oversee compliance management efforts by maintaining accurate safety records, documentation, and reports using construction management software. Provide training sessions on OSHA requirements, EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) best practices, and construction management protocols to ensure all personnel are informed and prepared. OSHA 30 completion Proven experience in construction management with a strong focus on safety oversight on active construction sites. In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation policies, and risk management principles. Demonstrated ability to manage occupational health programs effectively within complex construction environments. Familiarity with construction management software tools for tracking safety metrics and compliance documentation. Excellent communication skills to lead safety training sessions and coordinate with diverse teams. Strong analytical skills for conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance evaluations.
