About the role As a Safety Manager , you will be responsible for safety inspections, project planning, employee training, and other safety and health services. What your day-to-day will look like Provide onsite safety support to key clients and projects. Partner with project teams to prepare and execute effective site safety plans. Ensure regular inspections are completed at job sites as well as on machinery and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards. Conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement. Communicate guidelines to employees, report on health and safety issues, and, in partnership with others, develop relevant policies to maintain a safe workplace. What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in occupational safety/health or related industry experience and 5+ years of safety management experience.
OSHA 500
training certification preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Understanding of safety in a construction environment. Strong work ethic and team building skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations and conducting training sessions for diverse audiences.
