$23 per hour We are seeking a highly observant and mobile Quality Auditor Supervisor to oversee inspection standards across four regional facilities. This role is based at Honda East Liberty, with 50% travel to three additional plants. You will serve as the primary line of defense for quality assurance, ensuring that inspectors adhere to specific application standards and safety protocols.

Join a rapidly growing, technology focused team The Auditing & Safety Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the Quality Auditing team across all facilities. This role is designed as a Mid-Shift position to provide direct support and overlap for both First and Second-shift Auditors. The Supervisor is responsible for synthesizing audit data, reporting findings to facility management, and taking immediate action on safety or compliance hazards.

Key Responsibilities Shift Synchronization:

Work a specialized mid-shift schedule to meet daily with both 1st and 2nd-shift Auditors, ensuring a seamless "pass-down" of critical information and quality trends.

Team Oversight:

Manage the performance and daily itineraries of the Quality Auditors, ensuring all four locations receive the necessary coverage based on current project needs.

High-Level Reporting:

Aggregate audit findings and safety data to present clear, actionable reports to the facility's management team.

Direct Safety Intervention:

Personally address and resolve any immediate safety concerns identified by the auditors or observed during site visits.

Process Course-Correction:

Act as the final authority on "on-the-spot" corrections when inspection standards are not being met, ensuring long-term adherence to application standards.

Multi-Site Travel:

Travel between the home location and three satellite facilities to provide "boots on the ground" leadership and verify audit accuracy.

Required Qualifications Leadership Experience:

Proven ability to manage a mobile team and coordinate complex schedules across multiple shifts. Expertise in

Compliance:

Strong working knowledge of PPE requirements and industrial safety protocols.

Communication & Diplomacy:

Ability to communicate technical quality gaps to plant management in a way that is professional and solutions-oriented.

Analytical Skills:

Capability to spot trends in audit data (e.g., "Shift 2 is consistently missing Step A") and develop a plan to fix them.

Availability:

Must be able to work a flexible mid-shift (e.g., 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM) to maintain visibility with both teams. Physical & Travel Requirements 50%
