Weekly Schedule:
50-60hrs/week | Monday-Saturday | 0800-1700 | Possible Sundays depending on site needs Project Scope The construction safety manager will oversee the safety of the electrical contractor at a data center, focusing on low-hazard work to support site safety needs. This includes low-voltage electrical activities, testing and troubleshooting, auditing, and ladder work at the site.Qualifications Must have:
BCSP Cert OSHA 30 Construction Key Responsibilities Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations Monitor OSHA compliance Upload documentation into Procore Daily safety reports Track workforce safety compliance Maintain safety logs and compliance records Fall protection enforcement (CRITICAL priority) Provide safety training as needed Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required They expect the safety person to help shape the safety program.SkillsKnowledge Skills:
Excellent public speaking and communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team OSHA outreach training experience (preferred) Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationKnowledge:
