Job Description

Site Safety Manager - Electrical - Boise If you're a safety professional who thrives in fast‑paced electrical construction environments, this role puts you at the center of high‑tech, mission‑critical projects where safety, quality, and field partnership truly matter. You'll support project teams, field leadership, and clients while helping drive a culture where safety is lived, not laminated. What You Bring 5+ years of construction safety experience, ideally within electrical or industrial environments Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, LOTO procedures, and high‑hazard work environments Experience supporting field teams on active construction sites including high‑tech, mission‑critical, or large commercial projects Ability to conduct site audits, incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action planning Strong communication skills to coach, train, and influence craft workers, foremen, and project leadership Experience developing and delivering safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding programs Ability to build trust with field teams while maintaining compliance and accountability What You'll Do Partner with project managers, foremen, and field teams to ensure safe execution of electrical construction activities Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits across active projects Lead incident investigations, documentation, and follow‑up corrective actions Support pre‑task planning, JHAs, and high‑risk work reviews including energized work, confined space, and elevated work Deliver safety training, onboarding, and ongoing education for field personnel Maintain compliance with OSHA, company policies, and client‑specific safety requirements Promote a proactive safety culture built on communication, accountability, and continuous improvement Why This Role Stands Out Work on high‑tech and mission‑critical projects where safety is a top priority Join a team known for strong field‑office collaboration and long‑term client relationships Competitive compensation including bonus program, full benefits, 401k with match, and generous PTO Be part of a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and long‑term careers built on doing things the right way To be considered for this opportunity, apply directly, or confidentially email your resume and questions to mark.jeffree@gogpac.com . #hiring #jobopening #safetymanager #constructionsafety #electricalconstruction #boisejobs #idahojobs #missioncritical #datacenterconstruction #constructioncareers #gpac
