About the Position The Asbestos Supervisor position will provide guidance to a team of workers, assign tasks, monitor performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality work. The Supervisor will train team members in proper techniques, safety protocols and regulatory compliance. They will promote a strong safety culture, foster a positive and productive work environment and promote teamwork. Job Roles and Responsibilities Direct and lead crews to perform environmental services tasks. Maintain accurate documentation and records on job sites. Ensure quality control measures are in place and implemented. Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Communicate effectively with customers and employees. You will also be responsible for operating company vehicles, following safety standards, and participating in 24/7 on-call coverage for emergency work. Ensure the safety of personnel and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations. Qualifications, Skills & Requirements Valid PA Asbestos Supervisor License required. Must possess and maintain a valid PA Driver's License with a clean driving record Previous position in a leadership capacity is required, preferably in construction type industry. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting and Child Abuse clearance as we do work inside schools and government buildings from time to time so our supervisors must be able to pass the clearance required to enter these sites. High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Strongly preferred experience in Construction or similar field. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Bi-lingual preferred but not required. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
