About the Role Relief Safety Group is looking for an experienced Onsite Safety Manager to join a large-scale manufacturing construction project in Fredericksburg, PA. The ideal candidate will lead site safety efforts, ensure compliance with OSHA and client-specific safety requirements, and foster a proactive safety culture across all teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company safety policies. Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for all site personnel. Perform regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. Investigate incidents and near misses, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain accurate safety records and prepare required reports. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction safety management experience . BCSP or a degree in Safety is preferred.

required. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and industry best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
