Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
Active Act 235 Certified. A desire to be an integral part of a fast-paced team with a constant emphasis on safety. Ability to focus on guests' needs while remaining calm during stressful situations. 5 + years of Public Safety experience. Should be certified in Taser, Ocat, Baton & Handcuffing, OR be able to obtain certifications within 6 months of hire. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, emergency response protocols, security systems, and risk assessment techniques. This role often involves a combination of office work and field supervision, requiring the ability to respond to emergencies at any time.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Recruit, develop and retain top talent. Identifies and reports all safety/security-related matters. Performs investigations and cooperates with local law enforcement officials as needed. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive public safety and security procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations. Train, schedule, and evaluate security personnel and staff engaged in public safety duties.
