- Required Experience Qualifications At least three (3) years Clinical knowledge, skills and experience in area/portfolio of interest in a complex healthcare setting
- Required and At least two (2) years Knowledge of patient safety and quality improvement concepts and methods, including data collection and analysis
- Required and At least two (2) years Leadership role in a complex healthcare setting
- Required At least three (3) years Pediatric experience
- Preferred Skills and Abilities Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Required proficiency) Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary (Required proficiency) Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (Required proficiency) Teaching/presentation skills (Required proficiency) Has foundational CHOP core leadership behaviors/exemplifies ICARE (Required proficiency) Ability to function in project manager role (Required proficiency) In partnership with management holds others accountable as needed (Required proficiency) Knowledge of patient safety and quality improvement concepts and methods, including data collection and analysis (Required proficiency) Licenses and Certifications Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)•National Association for Healthcare Quality•upon hire•Required or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)•Industry standard (IASSC, CSSC, ASQ, etc.
