WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Director of Safety will lead all safety and risk management functions across the organization, shaping a proactive, solutions-focused safety culture. They will develop and implement enterprise-wide safety initiatives, policies, and training programs that support operational excellence and consistent performance across all job sites. This leader will provide guidance to safety representatives throughout the company and serve as the primary resource for all safety, risk, and compliance matters. They will also collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Project Leadership to fully integrate safety practices into daily operations and long-term business planning.

WHAT YOU BRING

7-10 years of experience leading safety programs for multi-division construction firms, required Deep knowledge of construction-specific OSHA requirements, ANSI processes, and applicable federal and state regulations, required CSP, CHST, ASP, or equivalent safety certification, along with HAZWOPER and First Aid/CPR certifications, required Familiarity with digital safety management tools such as Procore Safety or Predictive Solutions. Demonstrated success building and scaling safety programs across multiple divisions, Required Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Construction Management, or a related field, preferred Experience working within mid-market construction firms with $250M-$500M in annual revenue, preferred Proven ability to strengthen or transform safety culture within family- or founder-led organizations, preferred Experience designing emergency preparedness and response programs, preferred Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to influence at all levels, preferred
