  • Full-time The Environmental Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Manager leads all safety, environmental, and security programs at the Scranton facilities, driving compliance, training, and risk management in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the EHS&S Director, this role ensures regulatory adherence, develops and delivers training, and fosters a safe, secure, and continuously improving workplace.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience. CSP or CIH certification. Knowledge of training principles and OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Effective communicator across all levels of the organization. Self-motivated, able to multitask in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Leads safety, risk management, and security programs in partnership with managers and employees. Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all federal, state, and local regulations. Monitors work environments and corrects unsafe conditions, practices, or behaviors. Investigates incidents and near misses, performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Conducts risk assessments to identify and document job hazards. Leads safety committees and drives follow-through on improvement initiatives. Oversees safety audits, reporting, and recordkeeping. Develops and delivers safety training programs. Establishes and enforces safe work practices for contractors. Serves as primary liaison with regulatory agencies. Manages workers' compensation claims with TPAs, MCOs, and insurers. Oversees environmental compliance, reporting, permits, and inspections (stormwater, wastewater, air, hazardous and residual waste).
