The Safety Manager/Specialist is responsible for assisting with the implementation and documentation of HSE and DOT policy, programs, and procedures.

Schedule:

Full Time/Part Time and pay commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update OSHA safety programs Ensure compliance with

FMCSA & DOT

regulations Manage and update ISN requirements Conduct new hire safety training Perform on-site location visits and auditing Lead and support insurance and client safety requirements Strong communication skills with both field crews and leadership Ability to enforce rules without losing crew buy-in Organized and self-initiated Willingness to travel to job sites and work in field conditions

Qualifications:

Proven experience in oil & gas safety (well servicing, fracking, silica sand exposure) Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA standards Detail-oriented with the ability to keep safety programs current and compliant OSHA 30 Construction, PEC Safeland, or equivalent H2

S Certification Field & Technical Skills:

Experience conducting Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and hazard assessments (JHAs) Knowledge of silica exposure control plans (OSHA 1926.1153) Incident investigation and root cause analysis experience Experience with behavior-based safety programs (BBS) Familiarity with stop work authority and enforcement practices

Compliance & Systems:

Experience with safety management systems (ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.) Ability to write and implement safety policies and procedures Recordkeeping (OSHA logs, incident reports, audit documentation) Experience preparing for and managing regulatory inspections

Other Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clear driving record Drug/alcohol screening Physically able to work in outdoor/industrial environments
