Location Remote / Field-Based (United States) Job Type Full-Time | Commission-Only Compensation Commission-Only - 8% per closed deal High-value contracts + recurring SaaS revenue Unlimited earning potential About Top Mobile Vision Top Mobile Vision (TMV) is a specialized provider of AI-powered fleet safety, video telematics, and compliance solutions serving waste haulers, municipalities, school transportation, and commercial fleet operators . With over 18 years in the industry, TMV differentiates itself by delivering a fully integrated solution—hardware, AI software, and local service support—under one provider , enabling customers to reduce liability, improve driver safety, and meet regulatory requirements such as SB1383. Position Overview We are seeking a senior-level B2B Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across waste, municipal, and commercial fleet sectors . This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on originating and closing business. You will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, engaging executive and operational stakeholders, and positioning TMV as a strategic partner for fleet safety and compliance . You will lead opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution for our: AI dashcams Mobile DVR systems Driver safety and risk mitigation solutions TracFleet platform (live video, GPS, AI alerts, compliance & reporting) Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy across waste, municipal, and commercial fleet verticals Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities Manage full lifecycle sales: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → close Lead and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and formal bid processes Engage decision-makers including Safety Directors, Fleet Managers, Operations Leaders, and Executives Position TMV's platform as a comprehensive safety, compliance, and operational solution Build and maintain a high-value pipeline with consistent deal progression Requirements (Must-Have) 3+ years of B2B sales experience , with a track record of closing complex deals Experience in one or more of the following: Waste & recycling industry Fleet management / telematics Government / municipal sales Commercial vehicle or transportation sectors Strong expertise in RFP/RFQ processes and long sales cycles Demonstrated ability to sell independently at a high level Executive-level communication and negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships within waste haulers, municipalities, or fleet operators Experience selling SaaS, telematics, or safety/compliance solutions Background selling against competitors such as Lytx or Samsara Compensation & Opportunity 8% commission per closed deal High-ticket contracts with recurring revenue components Opportunity to build a significant income stream based on performance Work with a company that has proven products and strong market demand Important Clarification This is a commission-only, individual contributor role . While titled "Sales Manager," this position is focused on personally closing business , not managing a sales team.
