We are seeking a credentialed, highly professional BSIS Qualified Manager (QM) to partner with us to secure our Private Patrol Operator (PPO) license and oversee initial regulatory compliance. This is an ideal position for a retired law enforcement officer, military veteran, or semi-retired security executive looking for a low-overhead, part-time administrative compliance role.

Initial Phase & Workload:

During the pre-launch and early startup phase, active field hours are not required. The position is structured as a part-time consultancy focused strictly on administrative and regulatory oversight. Your responsibilities will be limited to: Signing off on the

corporate application paperwork via the BreEZe portal. Assisting the corporate ownership team with initial compliance policies, post orders, and standard operating procedures. Maintaining regular administrative review and oversight of company operations to fulfill BSIS "day-to-day management" compliance standards.

Requirements:

Must meet all current California BSIS requirements to act as a Qualified Manager (minimum 1-3 years / 4,000-6,000 hours of certifiable security/patrol/law enforcement experience). Active BSIS Private Patrol Operator Qualified Manager (PPQ) certificate is highly preferred but not required if hours are fully certifiable. Clean background check (DOJ/FBI Live Scan required). Absolute commitment to strict BSIS regulatory compliance and professionalism.

Pay:

$1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
