You'll play a pivotal role in managing multi-million dollar projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. Collaborate with experienced professionals and contractors while gaining exposure to executive leadership and opportunities for career advancement. [Responsibilities] Lead end-to-end program and project execution: engineering, procurement, construction, outage coordination, commissioning, and closeout Manage scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, cash flow, earned value, and change control using advanced company systems (Primavera, Infor, CMX) Oversee contractor performance, including contract administration, invoicing, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and field activities Coordinate outages, construction sequencing, and project interdependencies across multiple stakeholders Drive procurement activities: RFP development, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract awards Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, environmental, NERC/CIP, and regulatory requirements Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks through robust risk management practices Deliver executive-level reporting, program reviews, and governance support for TOM gates, audits, and regulatory reviews Maintain complete and auditable project documentation, support asset closeout, and facilitate lessons learned initiatives [Required Skills and Experience] 2-5 years of program or project management experience within engineering, utilities, or construction industries Demonstrated success managing complex capital projects Proficiency in project management systems such as Primavera, Infor, or CMX Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (NERC, CIP, environmental, safety) Effective problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities [Preferred Skills] Utility sector project management experience Familiarity with transmission and substation projects Advanced knowledge of contract administration and construction processes Previous exposure to executive-level reporting and governance processes [Benefits] Hybrid work schedule (BOC, Tues-Thurs) for work-life balance Dynamic and collaborative team environment High-impact role with visibility to executive leadership Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Exposure to large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects [How to Apply] Ready to lead and deliver complex capital programs?
