Full-Time, Exempt Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the installation of safety surfacing systems for playgrounds, recreational areas, and other specialty applications. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at every stage. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of safety surface installation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site coordination. Provide on-site oversight for ~50% of work time. Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and installation crew schedules. Partner with Rep Agencies to streamline communication resulting in revenue growth across the state of Florida. Conduct site assessments, pre-construction meetings, and final walkthroughs. Serve as primary client and contractor point of contact. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and manufacturer standards. Perform quality control checks and manage project documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and reading plans. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management software and MS Office. Willingness to travel ~50%. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Experience with safety surfacing systems. Knowledge of playground standards (ASTM, ADA, CPSC, CPSI). Experience with municipalities, schools, and parks departments. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Remote office-based work with frequent site travel.
