Construction Safety Program Manager Location :
Boulder CO. This role is not a remote position and will be working on the construction site. Compli, LLC was founded in 2001 to provide Commissioning, Validation and Regulatory Support Services to the Life Sciences industry. We serve pharmaceutical companies across the United States, offering a vast array of services that assist companies with exceeding their goals and objectives. In today's world, it's never been more important to understand regulations and quality assurance activities as they relate to operations, vendors, engineering, construction and contractors. In 2020, Compli, LLC became a wholly owned subsidiary of George Butler Associates, Inc. This acquisition allowed Compli, LLC to become part of an integrated network of services where clients have more options to engage an impressive suite of in-house services. Compli is full services Commissioning, Qualification, Regulatory Compliance and On Demand services firm.
Summary :
The Safety Field Representative (CFR) will serve as the Safety Program team's in the field representative during construction operations for all capital projects at the manufacturing site. This role is responsible for auditing and monitoring all construction work to ensure compliance with established safety programs and procedural requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
None Essential Functions :
Understand and ensure adherence to all expected safety processes and procedures related to construction and site operations. Engage directly in the field with construction and operations teams to enforce compliance with safety programs, including: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Hot Work Permitting Fall Protection Confined Space Entry Safe Job Planning and Execution Etc… Mentor and coach field personnel on safe work practices in alignment with safety programs and industry best practices. Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors observed in the field. Escalate safety issues and report unsafe practices through proper channels. Collaborate with site and project personnel to investigate safety incidents. Actively participate in safety improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Experience working on large-scale CAPEX industrial projects across various disciplines (e.g., heavy civil, structural, mechanical, electrical). Familiarity with process equipment and commissioning activities. 5-years of experience preferred in safety-related roles, including oversight or management of safety programs. Safety certifications or formal safety training are preferred (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP, CHST, or equivalent).

Travel :
Working on site in Boulder, CO.
Salary :
$50,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience level.
