Job Description
At Sirius Staffing, we are partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Site Leader to oversee and drive all site-wide EH&S initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Environmental, Health & Safety programs while ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and corporate regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, regulatory expertise, and a proven ability to foster a proactive safety culture across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead all site Environmental, Health & Safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and corporate EH&S standards Serve as the primary EH&S authority and regulatory representative for the facility Develop and execute site EH&S strategies and continuous improvement initiatives Lead and mentor EH&S team members, including performance management and succession planning Oversee environmental compliance programs including air, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, and chemical management Ensure all permits, inspections, reporting, and regulatory submissions are completed accurately and on time Manage occupational safety, industrial hygiene, contractor safety, and emergency response programs Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation Support audits, inspections, and ISO-based assessments while driving closure of findings Analyze EH&S performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements Partner with site leadership to strengthen safety culture and operational excellence
