1 days ago Job Description Occuptational Therapy Manager Call to Freedom | Full-Time | Exempt | Sioux Falls, SD Help Survivors Rebuild Their Lives At Call to Freedom, survivors of human trafficking find safety, healing, and the opportunity to reclaim their independence. The Occupational Therapy Manager plays a vital leadership role in supporting that journey—integrating trauma-informed occupational therapy services across programs and helping survivors build the skills needed for daily living, emotional wellness, and long-term stability. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise, leadership, and program development in a mission-driven, survivor-centered environment. What You'll Do Lead and oversee occupational therapy services across residential, outreach, and aftercare programs Maintain a client caseload focused on life skills, emotional regulation, and vocational readiness Conduct assessments and develop individualized, trauma-informed care plans Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide clinical guidance to staff Integrate occupational therapy principles across multidisciplinary teams Support program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts Coach staff in trauma-informed practices and effective client engagement Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure coordinated care Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with standards What You Bring Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active (or eligible) Occupational Therapy license in South Dakota 1-2+ years of clinical experience Experience working with trauma, mental health, or vulnerable populations strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical, real-world skill development Benefits & Perks Health insurance with $0 premium options available for employee-only coverage Dental and Vision insurance Retirement plan with employer contribution - 403(b) Generous paid time off and paid holidays Supportive, mission-driven work environment focused on staff wellness Why Join Us Competitive salary: $83,200 - $93,600 annually Meaningful, mission-driven work with real impact Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to shape and grow innovative programming Professional growth in trauma-informed care and leadership Schedule & Requirements Full-time, salaried (exempt) position Valid driver's license and insurance required Apply Today If you're passionate about empowering survivors and using your clinical expertise to create lasting change, we encourage you to apply.
