Abilene, Texas job type: Contract salary: $93.33 - 114.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Evaluate lease partner safety programs, conduct site observations, and monitor compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and Our Client's global construction standards.

Conduct frequent field safety walks and actively participate in weekly HRA planning to evaluate and mitigate on-site risks.

Ensure timely incident reporting, coordinate escalations with Our Client's stakeholders, and validate root cause analyses and corrective actions.

Act as a strategic liaison between lease partners and Our Client, providing coaching and guidance to foster a proactive, prevention-focused safety environment.

Complete essential deliverables, including daily site observations and weekly activity reports, while maintaining precise records in company systems.
