Senior EHS Manager / EHS Manager Austin, Texas | Hyperscale Datacenter Construction | Permanent A leading private client is expanding its EHS leadership team on a major datacenter development exceeding 4000+ acres in Austin, Texas. We are seeking client-facing EHS Managers capable of leading safety strategy, contractor engagement, and field execution across complex mission critical construction projects.

Requirements:

• 9+ years experience for Senior/ EHS Manager
• Previous leadership experience on datacenter, mission critical, or large industrial construction projects
• Experience working for an Electrical Contractor, General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, Consulting Firm, or Owners Representative company
• Strong background in contractor management, safety leadership, compliance oversight, incident management, audits, and multi-contractor coordination
• Ability to interface directly with clients, senior leadership teams, and project stakeholders
• Demonstrated success leading safety culture across large-scale construction environments
• Stable direct hire background preferred
