Emergency Response Supervisor (Environmental Services)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Emergency Response Supervisor to lead field crews during environmental and hazardous material incidents. This role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to operate in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead emergency response crews on-site Coordinate and execute environmental cleanup and remediation projects Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and management Complete required documentation, reports, and job logs Train and mentor field technicians Be available for on-call emergency response as needed

Lead Safety Meetings Qualifications:

Proven leadership or supervisory experience Valid driver's license Ability to travel frequently and work flexible, non-traditional hours (including nights and weekends) Ability to obtain a TWIC card Must be able to pass a physical examination Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in physically demanding environments Capable of lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
