What You'll DoSafety & OSHA Compliance Conduct job site inspections and safety audits Ensure compliance with OSHA General Industry (1910) & Construction (1926) standards Identify workplace hazards and develop corrective action plans Assist clients with safety programs, policies, and procedures Maintain

logs and documentation Workers' Compensation & Claims Management Coordinate First Report of Injury (FROI) reporting Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs Work with insurance carriers, adjusters, and medical providers Analyze claims trends and help reduce claim costs Training & Client Support Conduct employee safety training and toolbox talks Deliver training in both English and Spanish Support clients with accident investigations and root cause analysis Help build strong safety cultures within client companies Risk Management & Consulting Review loss runs and identify exposure trends Assist clients in reducing workplace injuries and liability Present recommendations to management teams Support overall risk management initiatives Required Qualifications ✔ Bilingual English/Spanish ✔ 2+ years of safety, EHS, or risk management experience ✔ Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards ✔ Experience with workers' compensation and claims management ✔ Strong communication and client service skills ✔ Ability to travel locally to client job sites Preferred Qualifications ➕ OSHA 30 Certification ➕ CSP, ARM, CHST, or related certifications ➕ Experience in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, or staffing/PEO environments ➕ Knowledge of Texas and New Mexico workers' compensation systems Why Join dmDickason?
