This leadership role provides oversight of 10-15 active construction projects while supporting approximately 105 internal employees and multiple subcontractor teams. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced construction safety leader looking to influence company-wide safety culture, mentor project teams, and play a key role in the continued growth of the organization with a defined path toward a Safety Director position. Required Qualifications

OSHA 500

Certification Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Minimum 3 years of construction safety management experience Experience teaching or facilitating OSHA 30 courses Strong knowledge of OSHA reporting requirements, including

Logs Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership abilities Comfortable using technology and digital safety management platforms Preferred Qualifications Construction HealthSafety Officer (CHSO) Direct experience working with OSHA compliance officers and inspections Procore experience Commercial General Contractor experience Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential What You'll Be Doing Provide safety leadership across 10-15 active commercial construction projects Support approximately 105 employees and multiple subcontractor teams Conduct routine project inspections, audits, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and client safety requirements Lead OSHA inspections and manage regulatory documentation Maintain
